When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card number, that information is strongly encrypted and passed directly to the credit card processor. Payment data is never seen, nor stored by RadTech's systems, affording our clients the absolute highest level of security currently available. This type of payment card handling is known as tokenization.
While we use strong SSL encryption to protect client information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted within our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, for example, our customer service representatives, are granted access to personally identifiable information.
